Are Fila shoes true to size?
Our shoes are generally true to size, but we recommend checking the specific size chart available on each product page. If you’re between sizes or have specific fit concerns, we suggest ordering a half size up for optimal comfort.
Do you offer wide-width shoes?
Currently, we focus on standard widths across our collections. However, our Oversized collection features roomier designs that may accommodate those needing extra width.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally from our Toronto headquarters. However, we currently cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and select remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your new footwear’s journey right to your doorstep.
What’s your free shipping policy?
We offer free shipping via EMS for all orders over $50. This option is perfect for stocking up on multiple pairs of casual styles, sandals, or our popular oversized statement pieces.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned items, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
